Marketing is not about direct sales anymore. People have become more research oriented than they were a decade ago, which has unveiled a significantly broader field of marketing – that is online marketing.

But internet Marketing isn’t as simple as it was back in the day. Marketers now know that unlike the past, people research a product in depth before taking the decision to buy it; and this research is solely based upon online search engines, the leading among which is Google. So, to rank higher in Google’s ranks, certain algorithms and practices need to be followed. This is what Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is all about.

Consumer psychology might sound like a tricky medical term but in layman terms, there is hardly anyone who doesn’t know about it. It is nothing but the fact how consumers act when they face different situations. What they think about? How they think? Why they select a particular product? How they make their decision? What factors lead them to their final decision? All these questions come under the wide umbrella of consumer psychology.
