Meetings can be quite a pain at times. They usually go longer than they’re actually supposed to with someone usually blabbing out of turn or even off topic. This in turns forces your mind to drift to tasks you could be checking off your to-do list instead of just sitting there, stuck with nowhere to go.

Sound familiar? It sure does to us. However, believe it or not, not all meetings are total waste of time and not all meetings are laborious and boring. Some meetings run like clockwork. Meetings can be much more efficient, productive and even a little fun if you’re lucky.
